# What You’ll Need:
→ Fruit Puree
01 - 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
02 - 2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
04 - 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
→ Tea Base
05 - 2 cups strong brewed black tea, cooled
06 - 1 cup sparkling water, chilled
→ Garnish
07 - Fresh mint leaves
08 - Sliced peach and mango
09 - Ice cubes
# Directions:
01 - Combine diced mango, peaches, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup in a blender. Blend until the mixture becomes completely smooth.
02 - Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to eliminate pulp and achieve a smoother consistency. This step is optional based on preferred texture.
03 - Add the cooled black tea to the fruit puree in the pitcher. Stir thoroughly until fully incorporated.
04 - Pour chilled sparkling water into the pitcher and mix gently without disturbing the carbonation.
05 - Fill glasses with fresh ice cubes. Pour the mango-peach sparkling tea over the ice to chill.
06 - Adorn each glass with fresh mint leaves and slices of peach and mango. Serve immediately for optimal refreshment.
